I love what I do. I love the markets-always have. I bought my first shares of Intel at 11 years old and I was sold, there was no turning back. Couple my love of the markets with the wonderful families and organizations we serve, and I don’t know how it could get much better, although it does. Justin is a lifelong resident of Anniston, AL. He and his wife, Carolyne, have four daughters, Sydney, Annie, Charlotte, and Mirabel. He currently serves on the boards of The Donoho School and Knox, and has previously served on the boards of The Boys and Girls Club, The Longleaf Botanical Gardens Foundation, Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce, and Southern States Bank. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts (History) and holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee. As a Financial Advisor, John can help manage assets for individuals, trusts, retirement plans, charitable organizations and businesses. Through a long-term investment approach, he helps clients develop and implement strategies for building wealth and realizing their goals. John's mission is to provide objective and timely financial advice and guidance with the highest level of professional service in building and preserving wealth for his clients.

John began working as a Financial Advisor at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Advisors before founding Marsh Troncale Wealth Management. He has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Alabama. With an emphasis on continuing education, John earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner designation. For this designation, he had to complete approved educational programs, pass rigorous examinations and meet stringent experience requirements. John also earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM certification by meeting professional standards and passing a comprehensive examination from the College for Financial Planning.

John's service to the community includes being past-president of the Kiwanis Club of Gadsden which honored him with the George F. Hixson Fellowship Award in 2010. He served on the Executive Committee of The University of Alabama National Alumni Association from 2015-2018. John and his wife, Jennifer, have three children, Lilly, Charlie, and Nicholas. Jennifer is a professor at Jacksonville State University. In his free time John enjoys spending time with his family, attending Alabama sporting events, running, and traveling.

Lauren has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry.  Before joining Marsh Troncale Wealth Management, she held positions in the Trust and Wealth Management divisions of Regions Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Wells Fargo Advisors.  She obtained her degree in finance from the University of Alabama, as well as completed her Master’s degree in Human Environmental Sciences with a specialization in Financial Planning.  She holds her FINRA series 7 and 66 securities registrations.  Her favorite aspect of this career is developing relationships with clients and simplifying financial concepts so that they can make informed financial decisions. Lauren and her husband, Tripp, have three daughters, Anne, Kate, and Lera.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children’s extracurricular activities, cooking, running, and reading.

Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has previously held positions with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., & Wells Fargo Advisors. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Jacksonville State University. Delivering consistent and elevated client service while embracing technology to help better serve our clients is very important to her. 

In her free time, Jennifer loves to read, cook meals for her friends & family, watch college football, & attend concerts.

Carol was born and raised in Anniston.  She obtained her degree in business administration from Birmingham-Southern College and her MBA from UAB.  She worked in the banking industry in Birmingham for 15 years.  Marrying her husband Chris brought her back to Anniston in 2009.  From 2010-2025, she worked in the non-profit arena for Interfaith Ministries and The Donoho School.  She joined Marsh Troncale Wealth Management in May 2025.  Carol is excited about developing relationships with clients.

Carol and Chris have three children, Ross (Bella), Campbell, and Jennings.  She enjoys time with her family (especially at the lake), traveling, cooking, walking, and reading.
